All good but somethimes makes me palpitate i dunno why but over all still helps me with my cravings but for sleeping i still prefer the night chocolate
This has been my second batch of purchase. I mean apart from it helping me to eat less at night, i find it helps me to fall asleep faster and i will wake up well rested the next day. And i have been promoting this to my friends who have the same problems as me - trouble sleeping at night
I have just tried for 2 weeks.. i have not seen any real results yet. But i find taking it is easy and i have been consistently taking it every night before sleep. Now i have to let time to tell me whether it is working for me.
I’m usually a picky person and I’m scared to try new flavours because I worry I won’t like them. But when I tried the night fat burner for the first time, the taste wasn’t bad at all.
