My morning staple! People say breakfast is the most important meal of the day but somehow its a misconception. Its better to let your body completely use up all the excess food and calories you have piled on the day before so your digestive system can have a break while your cells can renew itself by staying hungry until afternoon. That can also help to keep your weight in check. But, drinking just plain water is really challenging as we have to fight the hunger pangs (which really is just unnecessary to listen to it). That's why I tried the Shortcutx Caramel Macchiato once and I got hooked for a few years now, since it first launched. Cos with the multiple benefits like Green coffee extract, L-carnitine, MCT lipid, African Mango etc and stevia sweetened, it really kept the hunger pangs checked yet reaping the benefits of both weight management as well as metabolic improvement. I haven't been on my crazy workout schedule for a year now but I am maintaining my weight and muscle mass well. Have yet to try the new Caramel Macchiato, but I believe it's as good as the older versions as I've been a regular consumer of SHORTCUTX and it really help in my weight management.
Been taking these supplements religiously for about 3 months. Helps to curb appetite really well. Good bowel movement as well. A little weight loss and maintaining it. It will be better if I pair it with regular exercise.
The coffee did its work to perk me up in the morning! Just started my first sachet. Haven't seen result of slimming yet. Taste is good. Sweet but just nice for once a day consumption.
