The tastes are good especially the chocolate drink, it makes me really sleepy but unsure why I dreamt alot during the night but i will stick to drink half a sachet in future to see if it will reduce dreaming
Love the package. Night hot chocolate gave me a good night sleep and quench my cravings for the night. The meal replacement was delicious, especially when i mix it with meiji high protein milk. The macros are excellent for meal replacement or post gym workout. But the fat burner i'm not sure if its effective for me

The biggest surprise for me has been the Night Hot Chocolate. I honestly didn’t expect it to work so well for my sleep. After drinking it at night, I find myself falling asleep much more easily and getting a really good, deep sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and with better energy for the day. I’m genuinely amazed at how much I’ve been enjoying it!
I’m now starting Week 2 with the Tropical Burst, so I’m excited to see how that goes and hoping I’ll enjoy the results just as much.
It’s still early days for me in terms of the weight-loss journey, but for the refreshed feeling, better energy and especially the amazing sleep I’ve been getting so far, I already feel that the 30-Day Pack has been worth the price. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of the month goes! ❤️

The banana shake is too much for my liking, cant seem to shake fully the mixture. (Lumpy). Like the taste but kind of *jelak* after awhile.

I love this flavour so much! Please release it individually soon! Anyway, since I’ve started the chocolate night drink, no more bloating, my bowel movements are great and it really helps curb my appetite.

Taste wise is great but the products do not produce results. I cut out sugar and carbs yet my weight still goes up to 70kg. I’m switching to another brand.
